Ingredients
  • protein powder – 1 scoop
  • banana – 1 pc
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 300 ml
  • peanut butter – 1 tbsp
  • honey – 1 tsp
  • ice – a few cubes
Preparation
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Pour into a glass.
  5. Serve immediately.
