Ingredients
  • Ready cake layers
  • For the cream:
  • 500g mascarpone
  • 400g sour cream
  • 4/5 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 400g raspberries
  • 2 vanillas
  • 1 gelatin
  • For the glaze:
  • 50ml liquid cream
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp rum essence
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar, add sour cream and vanilla.
  2. Fold in the whipped liquid cream and then add the dissolved gelatin.
  3. Mix half of the cream with 300g crushed raspberries.
  4. Layer the cake with cream, sprinkle 100g whole raspberries on top, then continue with plain cream.
  5. For the glaze: Heat the cream without boiling, add chopped chocolate and butter, stir well, and add the essence.
  6. Let it cool slightly, then pour the ganache over the cake. Decorate as desired.
