Ingredients
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • lemon
  • pumpkin seeds
Preparation
  1. Chop the ingredients and place them in a pot covered with water, ensuring the mixture is not too thin.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 25-30 minutes. Add the finely chopped garlic 10 minutes before finishing cooking.
  3. Add the dill at the end, after the cooking process is complete.
  4. Blend with an immersion blender and add the raw pumpkin seeds.
  5. Serve with a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
