Rice with Tofu

Ingredients
  • rice – 250 g
  • tofu – 400 g
  • carrot – 1 piece
  • pepper – 1 piece
  • green onion – 3 stalks
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • soy sauce – 3 tbsp
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • sesame oil – 1 tsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • sesame – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions and let it cool slightly.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and dry it well.
  3. Sauté it in a pan with olive oil until golden on all sides.
  4. Add chopped carrot, pepper, and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
  6. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring.
  8. Sprinkle with green onion and sesame and serve.
