Ingredients
  • 400 g pork meat
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the pork into pieces.
  2. Chop the mushrooms and onion finely.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the meat until golden.
  5. Add the onion and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add the mushrooms and cook until soft.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir and serve warm.
