50 g cheese
Preparation
Cut the eggplants in half and scoop out the insides.
Chop the insides finely.
Chop the onion and tomato.
Heat the oil and sauté the onion.
Add the minced meat and cook until done.
Mix in the chopped eggplant insides and tomato, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Stuff the eggplants with the mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
