Preparation
Dissolve the gelatin in water. Blend the biscuits, add the butter and mix until smooth. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate to set. Prepare a mixture of cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla, and add the gelatin. Pour it over the biscuit base and let it set in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Spread with jam if desired.
