Ingredients
  • 300 g white beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp savory
Preparation
  1. Soak the beans in water overnight.
  2. Drain and boil until soft.
  3. Chop the onion, carrot, and pepper finely.
  4. Heat the oil and sauté the vegetables.
  5. Add the paprika and stir.
  6. Add the cooked beans and chopped tomato.
  7. Pour in some broth and season with salt and savory.
  8. Cook on low heat for about 20–30 minutes.
