Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Blend the oats into flour.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with honey and yogurt.
Add the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and vanilla.
Mix until smooth, then add chocolate pieces.
Distribute the mixture into muffin molds.
Bake for about 20–25 minutes until done.
