1 onion

2 tbsp oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 jar pickled cabbage
Preparation
Chop the onion finely.
Heat the oil and sauté the onion.
Add the rice and stir.
Add the minced meat and cook for a few minutes.
Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Separate the leaves from the cabbage and place a small amount of filling in each.
Roll the cabbage leaves.
Arrange them in a pot and add enough water to cover.
Cook on low heat for about 40-50 minutes.
Serve hot.
