Ingredients

500 g wheat flour

½ packet dry yeast

250 ml milk

150 g natural yogurt 3.5% fat

1 pinch salt

70 g sugar

70 g butter

100 g chocolate chips or broken chocolate
Preparation
In lukewarm milk, add yeast, sugar, and salt, stirring to dissolve.
Add yogurt and mix with melted, cooled butter.
In a bowl (with a lid), vigorously mix the milk mixture with flour using a dough hook.
Cover the bowl, place it in a warm spot, and wait for the dough to double in size (up to 2 hours).
Scoop small portions of dough (slightly larger than an egg) with 2 tablespoons and place on baking trays lined with parchment paper.
Brush with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown (about 15-25 minutes).
Brush again with milk when out of the oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy.
