Sea Bass with Vegetables

Ingredients
  • sea bass (fillet or whole) – 800 g
  • zucchini – 1 pc
  • carrot – 2 pcs
  • bell pepper – 1 pc
  • broccoli – 200 g
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • thyme – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut the vegetables into large pieces.
  3. Arrange them in a baking dish and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  4. Season the sea bass with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme.
  5. Place the fish on top of the vegetables.
  6. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice.
  7. Bake for about 25–30 minutes until cooked.
  8. Remove and let rest slightly, then serve.
