Ingredients
  • frozen berries – 300 g
  • banana – 1 pc
  • yogurt (or plant-based) – 200 g
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 100 ml
  • honey – 1–2 tbsp
  • chia seeds – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Place the berries in a blender.
  2. Add the banana.
  3. Add the yogurt and milk.
  4. Add the honey and chia seeds.
  5. Blend until thick and creamy.
  6. Pour into a bowl.
  7. Optionally add toppings – fruits, granola, nuts.
  8. Serve.
