Ingredients

fresh milk (or plant-based) – 100 ml

Preparation
Place the berries in a blender.
Add the banana.
Add the yogurt and milk.
Add the honey and chia seeds.
Blend until thick and creamy.
Pour into a bowl.
Optionally add toppings – fruits, granola, nuts.
Serve.
