Ingredients
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 90 g powdered sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 egg
  • 270-300 g all-purpose flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
  1. Place the soft butter in a bowl, add powdered sugar and salt. Mix with a whisk until homogeneous.
  2. Pour in the oil and add the egg. Mix everything well again.
  3. Add the cocoa powder to the mixture and stir.
  4. Gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder and knead a soft dough by hand.
  5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Shape the dough into cones, making small diagonal cuts with a knife to create a pine cone effect.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
