salmon fillet – 600 g

lemon – 1 pc

fresh dill – 1 bunch

garlic – 2 cloves

olive oil – 2 tbsp

salt – 1 tsp

black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Add finely chopped garlic and dill on top of the fish.
Optionally, place thin lemon slices on top.
Bake for about 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
Serve immediately.
