200g brown sugar

5g cinnamon

150g honey

100g fine rolled oats

230g whole wheat flour

10g baking powder

10g chia seeds

1 tsp baking soda
check_circle
50g coconut flakes
check_circle
100g coconut oil
check_circle
50g golden raisins
check_circle
100ml soy milk
Preparation
Note: Okara is the soy pulp left after making soy milk from raw soybeans.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add okara, coconut oil, honey, and raisins to the dry mixture.
Mix everything by hand until well combined.
Form balls of about 40-50g and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pressing them slightly.
Sprinkle lightly with fine rolled oats and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
