Ingredients
  • 500 g pork meat
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the pork meat into pieces.
  2. Chop the onion finely and dice the tomatoes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the meat until golden.
  5. Add the onion and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Add the tomatoes and spices.
  7. Let it simmer on low heat for about 20–25 minutes until the meat is tender.
  8. Serve warm.
