1 onion

2 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Rinse the rice well under running water.
Chop the onion finely.
Heat the oil and sauté the onion for 2–3 minutes.
Add the rice and stir.
Add the cooked beans and spices.
Pour in the water and stir.
Cook on low heat until the rice absorbs the liquid.
Let it rest for a few minutes and serve.
