Pancakes with Béchamel Sauce

Ingredients
  • 6 pancakes
  • Béchamel sauce about 600ml
  • 1 butterfly chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3 large champignon mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp curry
  • Soy sauce about 50ml
  • 100g cheese
Preparation
  1. Chop the vegetables and chicken breast.
  2. Season the meat with spices and fry in a pan until it changes color.
  3. Add the vegetables and soy sauce, and cook until done.
  4. Place some meat and vegetables in a pancake, drizzle with 2 tbsp of sauce, fold into a square, and arrange in a greased baking dish.
  5. Once all pancakes are in the dish, pour the remaining béchamel sauce over them and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake in a moderate oven until golden.
