Ingredients
  • 200 g romaine lettuce
  • 100 g chicken fillet
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 50 g croutons
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper
Preparation
  1. Boil the chicken fillet and cut it into cubes.
  2. Chop the romaine lettuce into large pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the chicken fillet and lettuce to the bowl.
  5. Mix well to coat the ingredients.
  6. Add croutons and grated parmesan before serving.
