Ingredients

1 tbsp vinegar

oil for greasing
Preparation
Mix the ingredients and simmer on low heat while stirring constantly.
The mixture should change color and become thick.
Test the mixture by dropping a drop on the counter; if it hardens, it's ready.
Add food coloring for color and flavor if desired; I prefer them without.
Grease the molds with oil to prevent the lollipops from sticking.
Pour the mixture, insert sticks, and wait for them to harden.
