Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 9 tbsp sugar
  • oil for greasing
Preparation
  1. Mix the ingredients and simmer on low heat while stirring constantly.
  2. The mixture should change color and become thick.
  3. Test the mixture by dropping a drop on the counter; if it hardens, it's ready.
  4. Add food coloring for color and flavor if desired; I prefer them without.
  5. Grease the molds with oil to prevent the lollipops from sticking.
  6. Pour the mixture, insert sticks, and wait for them to harden.
