Ingredients
  • 300 g beef
  • 200 g pasta
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
  2. Cut the beef into small pieces.
  3. Chop the onion and tomato finely.
  4. Heat the oil and sauté the beef until golden.
  5. Add the onion and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add the tomato and spices, and cook for another 10–15 minutes until the meat is tender.
  7. Mix the pasta with the sauce and stir well. Serve warm.
