Ingredients
  • peanuts or almonds or hazelnuts – 400 g
  • salt – a pinch (optional)
  • honey – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • olive oil or coconut oil – 1 tbsp (optional)
Preparation
  1. If the nuts are raw, roast them in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  2. Let them cool slightly.
  3. Place them in a blender or food processor.
  4. Blend, stopping to scrape down the sides occasionally.
  5. They will first turn into crumbs, then into a paste, and finally into a cream.
  6. Add salt and honey if desired.
  7. If too thick, add a little oil.
  8. Blend until smooth and store in a jar in the fridge.
