Ingredients

peanuts or almonds or hazelnuts – 400 g

salt – a pinch (optional)

honey – 1 tbsp (optional)

olive oil or coconut oil – 1 tbsp (optional)
Preparation
If the nuts are raw, roast them in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Let them cool slightly.
Place them in a blender or food processor.
Blend, stopping to scrape down the sides occasionally.
They will first turn into crumbs, then into a paste, and finally into a cream.
Add salt and honey if desired.
If too thick, add a little oil.
Blend until smooth and store in a jar in the fridge.
