  • broccoli – 300 g
  • zucchini – 2 pcs
  • spinach – 100 g
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • vegetable broth – 700 ml
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Chop the broccoli and zucchini.
  2. Sauté the garlic lightly in olive oil.
  3. Add the vegetables.
  4. Pour in the broth.
  5. Cook until softened.
  6. Add the spinach.
  7. Blend until smooth.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
