Ingredients
  • zucchini – 2–3 pcs (about 500 g)
  • olive oil – 1–2 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
  • parmesan (optional) – 40 g
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Slice the zucchini into very thin rounds (best with a mandoline).
  3. Pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix them with olive oil and spices.
  5. Arrange them in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Optional: sprinkle with parmesan.
  7. Bake for about 20–25 minutes, watching to prevent burning.
  8. Let cool slightly – they will become crispier. Serve.
