Ingredients

zucchini – 2–3 pcs (about 500 g)

olive oil – 1–2 tbsp

salt – 1/2 tsp

black pepper – 1/3 tsp

garlic powder – 1/2 tsp

parmesan (optional) – 40 g
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Slice the zucchini into very thin rounds (best with a mandoline).
Pat them dry with kitchen paper.
In a bowl, mix them with olive oil and spices.
Arrange them in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Optional: sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake for about 20–25 minutes, watching to prevent burning.
Let cool slightly – they will become crispier. Serve.
