chickpeas (cooked or canned) – 400 g

olive oil – 2 tbsp

salt – 1 tsp

black pepper – 1/2 tsp

cumin – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Drain the chickpeas and place them in a blender.
Add tahini, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
Blend until smooth (add a little water if needed).
Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.
Serve the hummus in a bowl with the carrots on the side.
