Ingredients
  • 500 g beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the beef into cubes.
  2. Chop the onion, bell pepper, and tomato finely.
  3. Heat the oil and sauté the beef until golden.
  4. Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the bell pepper and tomato, and stir.
  6. Add paprika and mix well.
  7. Pour in the water and season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Cook on low heat for about 1 hour until the meat is tender.
