Ingredients
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 100 g corn
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Rinse the rice well under running water.
  2. Heat the oil in a pot and add the rice.
  3. Sauté for 2–3 minutes, stirring.
  4. Add the corn and spices.
  5. Pour in the water and stir.
  6. Cook on low heat until the rice absorbs the liquid.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes, then stir and serve.
