Ingredients
  • zucchini – 2 pcs
  • yogurt – 200 g
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • dill – 1 tbsp
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • walnuts – 50 g
Preparation
  1. Grate the zucchini and lightly salt them.
  2. Let them sit for 10 minutes and drain excess water.
  3. Add the yogurt.
  4. Mix in the crushed garlic and dill.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and stir.
  6. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
  7. Chill briefly in the refrigerator.
  8. Serve.
