Ingredients
  • boiled eggs – 4 pcs
  • green salad – 150 g
  • radishes – 6 pcs
  • cucumber – 1 pcs
  • green onion – 2 stalks
  • cheese – 100 g
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Boil the eggs and peel them.
  2. Chop the green salad.
  3. Slice the radishes and cucumber.
  4. Chop the green onion.
  5. Combine everything in a bowl.
  6. Add the chopped eggs.
  7. Crumble the cheese on top.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt, and mix.
