Preparation
Slice the zucchini and mushrooms and place them in a pan with lightly heated olive oil.
Since the chickpeas are already cooked, add them a little later.
The entire cooking process takes about 20-25 minutes, after which remove the pan from the heat.
Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped dill.
The dish can be served with various sides like whole grain rice or mashed potatoes.
Homemade hummus is also a great addition. Enjoy your meal!
