Ingredients
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch of black pepper
Preparation
  1. Wash the rice well under running water.
  2. Place it in a pot with water and salt and boil until cooked.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Add the cooked rice and stir.
  5. Crack the eggs over the rice.
  6. Stir until the eggs are cooked and mixed with the rice.
  7. Season with black pepper.
  8. Serve warm.
