Ingredients
  • eggs – 8 pcs
  • smoked salmon – 200 g
  • cream cheese – 100 g
  • butter – 30 g
  • spinach – 100 g
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • dill – 1/2 bunch
Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan with butter.
  3. Add the spinach and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture.
  5. When it starts to set, add the smoked salmon and cream cheese.
  6. Cook to desired doneness.
  7. Sprinkle with dill and serve.
