about 50g cheese

50g yogurt
Preparation
Knead a soft dough and let it rise.
After kneading, let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Cut pieces from the dough like for soft dumplings, flatten them, and place a little cheese and butter in the center.
Fold them over, arrange in a baking tray, and let them double in size.
Make a mixture of yogurt and 1 egg for topping.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
