Ingredients
  • 300ml water
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • half a cube of fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 pinches of sugar
  • 4-5 drops of vinegar
  • 4-5 tbsp oil
  • about 850g flour type 400
  • about 50g cheese
  • butter for greasing
  • 50g yogurt
Preparation
  1. Knead a soft dough and let it rise.
  2. After kneading, let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cut pieces from the dough like for soft dumplings, flatten them, and place a little cheese and butter in the center.
  4. Fold them over, arrange in a baking tray, and let them double in size.
  5. Make a mixture of yogurt and 1 egg for topping.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
  7. Enjoy your meal!
