Ingredients
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 400 ml
  • protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) – 80 g
  • corn starch – 2 tbsp
  • cocoa – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • honey (or sweetener) – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, mix the milk and starch until smooth.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once it starts to thicken, remove from heat.
  4. Add the protein, honey, and vanilla.
  5. Optionally, add cocoa for a chocolate flavor.
  6. Mix well until smooth cream forms.
  7. Divide into bowls and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to set.
