salmon fillet – 600 g

carrot – 1 pc

garlic – 2 cloves

olive oil – 3 tbsp

lemon juice – 2 tbsp

salt – 1 tsp

black pepper – 1/2 tsp

parsley – 1/2 bunch
Preparation
Cook the lentils in salted water for about 20 minutes and drain.
In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion, garlic, and grated carrot.
Add the cooked lentils and stir.
Season with salt, pepper, and a bit of lemon juice.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Cook it in a pan or oven (about 10–15 minutes).
Serve the salmon on top of the lentils, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with parsley.
