erythritol (or other keto sweetener) – 2 tbsp

Preparation
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the cream.
Add the erythritol and vanilla.
Stir until smooth cream.
Add the chia seeds and mix.
Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to thicken slightly.
