Ingredients
  • fish (fillet) – 300 g
  • potatoes – 2 pcs
  • carrot – 1 pc
  • onion – 1 pc
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • fish or vegetable broth – 800 ml
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • parsley – 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Chop the vegetables.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add the carrot and potatoes.
  4. Add the tomatoes.
  5. Pour in the broth.
  6. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Add the fish, cut into pieces.
  8. Cook for another 5–7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Garnish with parsley. Serve.
