Preparation
Chop the bell peppers into small pieces.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add the bell peppers and sauté briefly.
Pour the eggs into the pan and stir over medium heat until set.
Toast the whole grain bread.
Serve the scrambled eggs on the bread.
