125 ml fresh milk

4 tbsp butter

fresh dill

1 tbsp oil

1 clove garlic

200 g cheese
Preparation
Sift the flour and add the dry ingredients: yeast, sugar, salt. Mix well.
Add one beaten egg and warmed fresh milk. Knead into a dough.
Incorporate 2 tbsp of butter to form a soft dough. Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling by mixing chopped dill, oil, 2 tbsp of room temperature butter, pressed garlic, and salt.
Spread the risen dough onto a lined baking tray, make diamond-shaped cuts, and brush with beaten egg.
Top with the dill mixture and let it absorb for a few minutes. Place cheese strips in the cuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
