Preparation
Cut the pork into thin strips.
Slice the bell pepper, carrot, and onion into strips.
Heat the oil in a pan or wok.
Fry the meat until golden brown.
Add the vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and ketchup.
Pour the sauce over the meat and stir, cooking for another 5-7 minutes until thickened.
