Ingredients
  • 400 g pork meat
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the pork into thin strips.
  2. Slice the bell pepper, carrot, and onion into strips.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan or wok.
  4. Fry the meat until golden brown.
  5. Add the vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and ketchup.
  7. Pour the sauce over the meat and stir, cooking for another 5-7 minutes until thickened.
