Ingredients

800 g pork neck chops

250 g mushrooms

150 g pickles
check_circle
200 g processed cheese
check_circle
2 carrots
check_circle
500 g potatoes
check_circle
spices and salt to taste
Preparation
Tenderize the chops, sprinkle with spices (cumin, black pepper) and salt.
Spread processed cheese on one side of the chops.
Fill with pickles and mushrooms, roll them up, and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Chop the potatoes and carrots, season with salt, dill, and paprika.
Add to the main glass dish with the meat rolls.
Bake for about 1 hour at 200 degrees Celsius.
Serve with a chilled drink!
