Ingredients
  • bananas – 2 pcs
  • peanut butter – 4 tbsp
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 400 ml
  • honey – 1–2 tbsp
  • oats – 40 g
  • ice – 1 cup
Preparation
  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.
  2. Place them in a blender along with the peanut butter.
  3. Add the milk, honey, and oats.
  4. Add ice and blend until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Serve immediately.
