Ingredients

fresh milk (or plant-based) – 400 ml

honey – 1–2 tbsp

oats – 40 g

ice – 1 cup
Preparation
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.
Place them in a blender along with the peanut butter.
Add the milk, honey, and oats.
Add ice and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Serve immediately.
