Ingredients
  • 1 cup rice
  • 200 g fish (fillet)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the fish into pieces.
  2. Finely chop the onion and carrot.
  3. Heat the oil and sauté the onion and carrot.
  4. Add the rice and stir.
  5. Add the fish and stir gently.
  6. Pour in the water and season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Cook on low heat until the rice absorbs the liquid and the fish is cooked.
