Preparation

Cover and let rise for about 30-40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Spread the dough on baking paper (you can use oiled hands).
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then add tomato sauce and toppings, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until done.
